Battery stabilization and green recycling technology to import the development of new energy fuel cell bipolar plate materials

This project focuses on the stabilization technology of lithium battery recycling and disposal as the main core research. With the 18650 model as the main design, the same lithium battery models in various manufacturers still have different material specifications and safety issues. From its current 18650 related models, there are the main structures of lithium cobalt series, lithium manganese series, and lithium ternary series. During the recycling process, each bag of 500kg batteries contains about 7,000 batteries, and each battery contains different amounts of electricity, so recycling is more difficult. In a round battery or a sheet battery, the negative electrode material and the positive electrode conductive carbon material are both carbon materials. In this study, after the battery is stabilized, the recycling and refining technology is designed in the internal circulation system to meet the requirements of green environmental protection. After the carbon material in the battery was proposed, it was introduced into the development of the new energy fuel cell composite bipolar plate material, which made the recycled material have new uses and value, and the recycling perspective has entered the international use of hydrogen energy carbon materials. During this period, assist enterprises to provide technical guidance on battery recycling, and at the same time, the topic enters the United Nations Sustainable Development Team (UN-SDGs) and signs a letter of intent for cooperation.
